A great story line and plot but not a lot of ooomph. An overall
moderate pace which slowed down a lot. Some surprises - not
totally predictable. Seems to have lost some of the police
department conflicts shown in the previews.

First Family may be involved. Wesley Snipes is a Washington, D.C.
detective investigating the murder in a case where the solution
may be as deadly as the crime. Diane Lane, Daniel Benzali and
Jason Robards also star.
