An excellent movie with an original plot and unique story line. Although I would have found a little more detail about the actual surgery interesting, they did give a nice overview. Lots of twists and turns as the movie unfolds - also lots of violence, killing, and some gore. A little too dragged out in the final chase and heroics scene for my taste, but many people like that.
